Prefabricated construction has become the direction of the constructing industry because of its advantage of "four savings and environment protection".Although many places are making relative policies to push forward the development of the prefabricated constructions,the demastic development is still in its stepping stage,and there are a lot of risking elements affecting the execution of the prefabricated constructions especially during the constructing phase.The prefabricated construction constructing technology,the constructing art and the proceduces are very different from those of the monolithic reinforced concrete structure,in addition to the fact that the prefabricated construction constructing technology is not in formality,the engineering management systems are not in perfection,those factors all contribute to risks during the constructing phase of the prefabricated construction.At present,the prefabricated construction studies are mainly aiming at the prefabricated technologies,assembling construction,cost analysis and comprehensive comment of profit,the study of the risks of the prefabricated construction constructing phase is comparatively rare.So,this article,based on the achivements of the already existing litratures,generalizes the risk meanings,reasons and specialties according to the different features between the prefabricated construction constructing and the monolithic reinforced concrete structure.This article based on the third term of Shenyang Lishui new city,identifies the prefabricated construction risks during the constructing phase,forms a list of risking elements,then above this,analyze the elements in details and build a risking inventory of the third-term Lishui new city,then the identified rising elements are quantized by the method of multilayer gray analysis.At the same time,the detailed coping solutions will be made according to the risking elements by the method of risking classification.In addition,to monitor the changing situation of the risks during the constructing phase and to judge the effectiveness of the coping solutions of the third-term Lishui new city,the risk-monitoring procedure is established to further secure the execution of the construction.This article,based on the real PC project and the generalization of the constructing phase,combined with the already existed theories and methods,systematically studies the process of the risk management during the constructing phases,and presents comparatively scientific and applied risk recognizing and valuating methods from a perspective of practical operation,in order to be used directly in the real working practice;The risk management of classification will be good for the optimizing management of the risks;The risk coping strategies are very detailed,which promotes the standardization and the normalization of the PC;The researching achievements can be used for reference of the risk management for the constructing phase of the similar PC buildings.
