Prefabricated buildings refer to buildings assembled from prefabricated parts at the construction site.The construction process is environmentally friendly,energy-saving,safe and efficient,and meets the long-term development needs of the construction industry.Therefore,it has been greatly promoted by the state and the government.The prefabricated building construction is different from the traditional cast-in-place project.It has the characteristics of high construction standard,difficult management and strict requirements of component precision.The construction enterprise may be affected by various uncertain risk factors during the construction process.In order to reduce the possibility of risk occurrence and reduce the impact of risk,it is particularly important to use scientific methods to implement scientific and effective risk management for prefabricated buildings.In this paper,the prefabricated concrete structure is taken as the research object,and from the perspective of the construction general contracting enterprise,the risk management system suitable for the assembly building is constructed.Firstly,combined with the prefabricated building knowledge and risk management theory,the risk management of the prefabricated building construction phase is divided into three stages: risk identification,risk assessment and risk response.Secondly,the various stages are carried out in detail: In the risk identification stage,the WBS-RBS method is used to identify the project risk factors for the whole process of the construction of the prefabricated concrete building.By constructing the risk factor list,the internal and external risk categories of the project are carefully division.In the risk assessment stage,using the recognition results of the previous stage,comprehensively evaluate each risk factor through fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and effectively rank the impact degree of each risk factor on the project objectives,and identify high-risk risks.In the risk response stage,considering the construction characteristics of the prefabricated concrete building and the risk response principle of the conventional project,the principles and specific measures for the risk response of the prefabricated building construction stage are pointed out.Finally,combined with specific cases,the above risk management system is used to identify and evaluate project risks,and at the same time,risk response measures are formulated to enhance the contractor’s risk prevention and control capabilities.This paper strives to combine scientificity and operability,and provides both theoretical basis and case analysis for the risk management of the prefabricated building construction stage.It helps to promote the construction contractor to establish or improve the risk management system of the prefabricated building construction phase.In the future,the risk of avoiding risks and reducing losses during the construction of prefabricated building projects will have a certain degree of reference and reference value. |
