The General Layout Design Of Landscape Construction Drawing Based On BIM

The process of design and construction in residential landscape is passive to solve the conflict on architecture and pipeline,at present,due to the function proportion of demand,cost proportion and design order problems.Residential landscape design needs to meeting the resident's demand with the limit on architectural design and pipeline design at the same time.The issue of conflict has greatly increased the workload of landscape architects.The paper tries to put forward a new design pattern in the general drawing design stage of landscape construction drawings,using the successful experience of BIM development in architectural design industry,building an information sharing platform based on architecture,pipelines,and landscapes,to lead to collaborative design and avoid the loss of information communication.Analyzing the current general landscape construction drawing design pattern,it is not difficult to find that there are many problems in the current work such as repeated work,weak linkage,incomplete information expression,and heavy engineering statistics tasks.In the process of designing a single building,in addition to the architectural design work,the architectural professional is responsible for coordinating the structure,equipment,and professional completion of architectural design.This is very similar to the design of the general professional construction drawing.BIM has played an active role in the phase of architectural design and even the operation and maintenance of the later stage,which provides an effective reference for the innovation of the general design pattern of landscape construction drawings.Through the analysis of the causes of the slow development of BIM in the landscape industry,combined with the characteristics of the landscape professional and the current background of the landscape design industry,the possibility and necessity of applying BIM to the landscape profession is studied.It is found that BIM is suitable for urban exterior space landscape design that is closely integrated with the architecture and solves the problem of the general layout design phase of landscape construction drawings.Landscape design solves the problem of the general design stage of landscape construction drawings.And the construction of the community is the key to solving the urban housing problem,which has obvious application value.According to the current BIM mature technology used in the construction process and professional initial attempt at professional landscape,residential landscape construction plans proposed general plan design of the new model,which is based on BIM's residential landscape construction drawing general layout design pattern.Based on the BIM model,a case simulation of the landscape design of a community was conducted to verify the BIM model.Finally,the limitations of the BIM model applied to the landscape profession are studied.Currently,the construction and pipeline design have completed already when the landscape professionals are involved in the project,thus the current project construction process is fragmented.At this point,the BIM model can only establish a landscape model,which only can adjust the landscape design after linking with the building and pipeline model and can't fully realize the advantages of BIM collaborative design,hindering the development of BIM in the landscape profession.With the promotion and development of the current EPC general contracting construction model,the application of BIM in the landscape industry has also been reduced.This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1 is the introduction,including analyzing the research background,defining the concepts of the community,the general map design and BIM,elaborating the research methods and determining the logical sequence of the research to lay the foundation for the study of the paper.Chapter 2 is the overview of landscape general layout design of residential areas.This chapter introduces the development history,role and characteristics of the general plan design,analyzes the impact of building and pipeline design on the general map design of the community landscape construction drawing and summarizes the results of the overall plan design of the community landscape plan.It also elaborates the current process of designing general plans for landscape construction drawings and analyzes the limitations of traditional models in the informational context.Chapter 3 is about the new model of the general layout design of the community landscape construction drawings.BIM has solved the professional conflict in the design of architectural professional coordination.In view of the limitations of the conventional mode,BIM is attempted to be introduced into the landscape profession.Explained by introducing the visibility features of BIM,collaboration features,and the technical features of life cycle management,discussing BIM modeling software and explaining the reasons for choosing Revit software as a modeling core software,and discussing the prospects of BIM application and development.It also analyzes the reasons why BIM is currently not booming in the landscape profession,as well as the feasibility and necessity of developing BIM in the current information-based context.Through the analysis of BIM application in the architectural profession and the attempts in the landscape profession,according to the project environment-landscape model-collision inspection-created the drawing process,the general construction design pattern of the landscape construction drawing based on BIM is proposed.Chapter 4 is involved in design of landscape resident general construction based on BIM.According to the new model of the general layout design of the community landscape construction drawings mentioned in chapter 3,a case simulation of the landscape design of a community in Jinan was conducted.Through the establishment of landscape sketches,landscape terrain,and site path models in the community,and synergy between external elements and internal conflicts,the results of the landscape construction map are created and the BIM model is summarized.Chapter 5 includes conclusions and prospects.This paper links the BIM with the general layout design of landscape construction drawings.Taking the community landscape design as the starting point,it tries to introduce the BIM into the landscape specialty.It proposes a new model of the general map design of residential landscape construction based on BIM and simulates it.Analysing the deficiencies of the paper's research,this paper puts forward the limitations of BIM model in the current landscape design application,and seeks for solutions,pointing out the future development direction of BIM for landscape professionals.
