Analysis Of The Construction Of Industrial Heritage Corridor In Jinan Section Of Jiaoji Railway

Railway was the most important mode of transportation in the 20 th century,and the existence of railway has made great contribution to economic and social development and cultural transmission,and has played an important role in transportation to this day.However,with the updating and development of the city,the progress of the mode of transportation,people focus on railway gradually reduce,railway station makes the city easily abandoned railway became one of the factors hindering the development of the city,some abandoned station filthy environment due to neglect,negative space can be seen in the city.Jiaoji railway is the first railway in shandong province.It was built by the germans in 1898 and was completed in 1904.Jiaoji railway as shandong province important transportation routes,promoted the economic development in the province,stimulated the villages and towns along the national industry development,the change of industrial structure,population flows,which provides a new channel for import and export goods,but also directly affect the open port city of jinan,open the door to the modern history of jinan.As the jiaoji railway construction,the germans to several important town along the line,such as Qingdao,freudenhaus,jinan,corresponding to the function of urban road network and planning,the planning and architectural style had a profound influence to the urban development,and left many valuable industrial heritage.With the expanding of city scale,once away from the old jiaoji railway industrial land gradually became the center of the city's development,demolition,reconstruction,new railway industrial heritage confronted situation,how to protect the railway industrial heritage and reuse becomes a common concern of scholars and experts.Due to the frequent changes in the ownership and site lines of the jiaoji railway,many professional historical materials are missing,which makes the research on the industrial heritage of jiji railway start late and slow.2016-2017,shandong construction university carried out the industrial heritage of jiao-ji railway across the investigation work,use two years on 69 existing sites along the jiaoji railway,investigating 75 historical heritage,aims to find and improve the basic data of existing railway industrial heritage,provide the basis for future study on jiao-ji railway.At present,the research theory of linear industrial heritage in industrial heritage is mainly divided into cultural route and heritage corridor.Compared with the cultural route,the heritage corridor pays more attention to the research of the heritage itself,the construction of the protection framework,and can provide theoretical guidance and protection reuse strategy for the protection of the heritage.In this paper,through literature review,field investigation,the horizontal comparison research method,the protection of heritage corridor would concept combined with jiaoji railway industrial heritage,industrial heritage in the investigation and statistics of jiao-ji railway,the main historical heritage and the arts and to evaluate the value of science and technology;To judge the industrial heritage along the jiaoji railway,the mode of protection and reuse is put forward.Finally through the theory of heritage corridor system,industrial heritage corridor of jiao-ji railway protection pattern for building,summarizes its industrial heritage corridor to build the basic train of thought,including determining the theme of heritage corridor and research scope definition,heritage value evaluation,project planning and design,heritage management four main content.Determines the resource investigation,analysis and evaluation,the determination of theme,landscape protection,puts forward some countermeasures for implementation of the five steps,the construction of industrial heritage corridor and aims at protecting the green corridor pattern,swim trails,and heritage,the explanation system put forward the corresponding strategy.Orders,hope that through this article research to jiaoji railway jinan section of industrial heritage corridor landscape construction,complete the existing data,build up the theoretical research framework,jiaoji railway industrial heritage for the future research work provides research basis and theoretical framework.
