The Research About The Protection And Reuse Of Qingdao Jiaoji Railway Industrial Heritage Corridor And The Interactive Development Of The City

The city is a complicated organism which evolve continuously. The development track of the city is influence by the industrial revolution. The relationship between the industry and the city is important to the city development all the time. Qingdao is linked among three cities and reconstruct the structure. In this development background, Qingdao is stepping into the stage of the post-industrialization and its industry in the urban area is faced with the development requirement that the secondary industry is replaced by the third industry. The old enterprises have been threatened with close down, stop production, combination and transition. They leave a great deal of the valuable industrial heritage. How to deal with the cultural relics of the industrial age becomes a hot spot that focused and researched by the academic circle. Throughout the history of the urban development in Qingdao, the development of industry effects the distinctive form and culture directly. German leased Qingdao in1897and construct ports and railways. Qingdao sprung up quickly because of the sport and the railway and then became the commercial center of German and Japan in China. The industry development of Qingdao has the features from the beginning that the Jiaoji railway leads the areas along the line to develop the resource and gather the industry, and it formed the industrial heritage across the regions. But the old railway that carried the history and the honor teeters in the further development of the city and links with the city weakly. So it is useful and necessary to research how to protect and reuse Jiaoji railway industrial heritage corridor in Qingdao.According to scientific way, I research the industrial heritage along the line of Jiaoji railway, and summarize the problems that exist in the current characteristics and protection. Combining the related domestic and foreign theories and practical researches, I introduce the reconstruction strategy based on the heritage corridor, and commence from three levels, point to line and then plane, to build the system between the heritage corridor and the interactive development of the city. It can help to form regenerative cells to make up the skin texture of the city; then connect the resource of the industrial heritage along the line and improve the overall intent of the city; setting up the catalyst system along the Jiaoji railway to guide the sustainable development of the city, and make the protection and reuse of the Jiaoji railway industrial heritage corridor and the city interact healthily.This paper mainly covers four aspects:Part One(2th chapter):On the basic of collecting the related data, conceptual definition and the correlation theory, and case studies, I summarize the documents about the protection and the reuse of the industrial heritage and heritage corridors. Then I use the theories and tPart Two(3th chapter):On the basic of the analysis and research the surrounding current situation of Jiaoji railway industrial heritage corridor in Qingdao, I discuss the issues related to the protection and reuse of Jiaoji railway industrial heritage corridor in Qingdao, and organize the relationship between the existing Jiaoji railway industrial heritage corridor and the future development planning of the city.Part Three(4th and5th chapter):Explore and research the associated methods to fit the protection and reuse of Jiaoji railway industrial heritage corridor in Qingdao and the interactive development of the city.Part Four(6th chapter):Put forward the construction of relevant security mechanism and the suggestion of optimizing planning.
