Research And Application Of Intelligent Decision Support System For Transmission Assembly Process Based On Multi-Agent

The process of transmission assembly has many characteristics such as complex assembly process and changeable production plan,which directly leads to complex and dynamic assembly problems,and increases the complexity of decision.Aiming at the complex and dynamic decision-making problem of the transmission assembly process,this paper takes the transmission assembly process as the research object,and provides scientific and reasonable intelligent decision support as the goal,an intelligent decision support system for transmission assembly process based on Multi-Agent is proposed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the study of transmission assembly process and analysis of its assembly features and uncertainties,an intelligent decision support system architecture for transmission assembly process based on Multi-Agent is proposed.The key technologies for implementing the system,such as resource information perception interactive modeling,intelligent decision support modeling,and intelligent decision support system of assembly process,are also proposed.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the types and characteristics of resource information in the assembly process,a resource information identification and perception interaction model is constructed in combination with resource modeling configuration technology,to realize the real-time perception of complex dynamic resource information,and provide reliable data support for analysis and decision-making.Then,based on the analysis of decision support requirements and decision support four library content structures,the decision factors are analyzed and an intelligent decision support model is constructed,to realize the model analysis and reasoning interpretation of the sensed data,it provides timely and accurate aided decision support for the assembly process.Finally,combining the above architecture and modeling techniques,an intelligent decision support system for transmission assembly process based on Multi-Agent is established.The operational logic and overall architecture of the system are described,and the application flow is illustrated,which verifies the effectiveness of the system.
