BIM Delivery Standard Research On Jiangxi Urban Rail Transit

At present,with the wide application of BIM technology in domestic urban rail transit engineering,the importance of related standardization work is becoming more and more obvious.Nanchang Subway is the second batch of China Rail Transit Declaration construction project,also is Jiang Xi Province first new large-scale urban rail transit project,in the construction project process,has applied the BIM technology,but lacks the unified standard.Based on the research methods of literature research,classification research and system analysis,this paper analyzes the current urban rail transit and building Information Model standard system,and on the basis of mastering the relevant theory knowledge of standardization,the status of standard system and the construction of other industry standard system,on the base of the completed 《JiangXi Urban Rail Transit Building Information Model Standards》(hereinafter referred to as 《Modeling Standards》),completed the 《Jiangxi Urban Rail Transit Building Information Model Delivery Standards(for trial Implementation)》(hereinafter referred to as 《Delivery Standard》).Firstly,this paper expounds the background,significance and source of the research,summarizes and combs the present research situation at home and abroad,and establishes the enterprise-level BIM delivery Standard as the main research goal,and makes clear the research content and technical route.Secondly,it expounds the theory knowledge of standardization,system theory and architectural information model,which lays a theoretical foundation for the later construction of the《Delivery Standard》.Thirdly,this paper combs the standard system of urban rail transit and building information model for the first time,analyzes and summarizes from three aspects of standard system overview,standardization Development course and current standard system,and introduces the standard system of building information model,especially the introduction of foreign related standard system.The paper concludes that the deficiency of the standard system in our country provides a realistic basis for the construction of the later 《Delivery Standard》.Again,based on the research of relevant standard system,this paper puts forward the relevant contents of urban rail transit Building Information Model standard system in Jiangxi Province,expounds the existing work situation,sets forth the basis and significance of compiling the standard of delivery,establishes the principle of compiling,and puts forward the main contents and structure frame of the standard.This paper expounds the elaboration depth of the standard provisions,and makes a special study on the important and difficult points in the standard research process.Then,on the basis of the theoretical basis and the analysis of the present situation,the author completes the construction of the《Delivery Standard》according to the relevant compiling requirements.The technical content of the standard is divided into: 1,general principles 2,Terminology,3,basic rules,4,naming rules,5,architectural information model delivery requirements,6,construction information model delivery and acceptance requirements,7,document delivery format,8,this standard word description.Finally,in the summary and Prospect section,this paper puts forward the deficiencies of this paper,provides some theoretical basis and research methods for the subsequent preparation of construction application standards and coding standards,and provides the direction for the next standard system research.
