Automation is one of the areas of scientific and technological progress,the use of self-regulatory technical means,economic and mathematical methods and control systems that relieve a person from participating in the processes of obtaining,converting,transmitting and using energy,materials or information that significantly reduce the degree of this participation or laboriousness of the operations performed.The object of the article is pharmaceutical dispensing needle as drugs transfer device.Studies by pharmaceutical companies in this industry have achieved not small results.Recent studies have shown that the impact of hazardous medical products on health care workers can lead to skin diseases.For example,in 2014,Italian scientists developed a universal closed system for the transfer of drugs"EQUALSHIELD".These drug transfer systems are not available to all clinics because of their cost.After a personal study in this area,it was decided to design a cheap version of the drug transfer device.In this article,an alternative to expensive drug transfer systems is provided.The automated production of this device was designed and calculated.The main purpose of this study is to provide on the effective design of transmission systems in order to protect health workers from the harmful effects of drugs.A disposable sterile dispenser of the device is a system used to transfer drugs from one reservoir to another,while limiting the potential for aerosolization and drug contamination.Second goal of the study is to design automated needle production that would increase speed of production,productivity.And also reduce the financial and time costs of production.First of all,during the research and design of the needle,was chosen the material"Austenitic stainless steels".Calculation of the automatic production line includes such components as:Calculation of the vibrating feed hopper,Calculation of the feed line,Calculation of the gripping device,Calculation of the turntable.The vibrating hopper was designed in accordance with the dimensions and weight of the workpiece,for further transfer to the feed line.In the course of the study,a secondary orientation mechanism was designed on the feed line,which in turn facilitates the orientation of the workpiece on the line to accurately capture the workpiece with the gripper device.Feeding line gap size should decrease as the ratio L/D.The main element of the line is a gripping device that performs the function of capturing and transferring the workpiece to the turntable.All listed elements of production are designed in the Solidworks program.The main factor affecting the speed of production is the speed and acceleration of the gripping device.All components of the production were calculated and optimized for interrelation with the gripping device,which entails uninterrupted and stable production.The analysis of the speed and acceleration of the gripping device is performed in the Solidworks simulation program.All elements of production were designed personally in relation to GOST.
