As the vital equipment of railway,train control system plays a core role in ensuring the safety,reliability and efficient operation of trains.With the great railway speeding and the large-scale construction of domestic high-speed railway,train control equipment has become more and more complex and integrated,the traditional maintenance system,mainly on fault repair,empirical and planned preventive maintenance,can't meet the maintenance requirements of reliability and economy for the modernized train control equipment.Therefore,in the thesis,the ground equipment of Chinese Train Control System at Level 2(CTCS-2)is taken as the study object with the theory of Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM)applied to its maintenance mode decision and determination of Preventive Maintenance(PM)cycles.In view of the present defects of heavy wasting resources because that the importance of equipment units is not distinguished and the analysis process is complex,repeating and full of some subjectivity,the CTCS-2 ground equipment maintenance decision model based on equipment-classified logic decision and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established.Firstly,on the basis of making Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)of equipment units,the fault impact types of different failure modes are identified.Secondly,comprehensively considering the factors of reliability,maintenance and economy,the importance of units is evaluated by using the algorithm of Grey Correlation Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(GC-TOPSIS)so as to make different failure modes of improved equipment-classified maintenance mode logic decisions through question answering.Meanwhile,the maintenance mode common decision-making mechanism of qualitative decision and quantitative judgement is established by introducing the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to exclude the results of judgement disagreement and choose better maintenance mode.Finally,the reasonable maintenance proposals of ZPW-2000K track circuit,LKD2-T2 train control center and LKY-T1 ground balise system are provided according to Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed railway case.The results show that the improved maintenance decision model can help to make clear the maintenance emphasis and priority,carry out targeted PM works,achieve precise overhaul and provide guidance for field maintenance.To solve the problems of high workload,depending too much on subjective maintenance experience,frequent fault and expensive repair cost due to the unscientific PM cycles of CTCS-2 ground equipment units,and the age reduction factor and the incremental factor are introduced to adjust the dynamic changes of the hazard rate function of Weibull distribution,then the imperfect PM model based on the reliability limits in the finite time is established,which can reduce the repair cost of device through the reasonable choice and arrangement for the maintenance manner and time of minimal fault repair,preventive maintenance and replacement in N cycles.The certain train track circuit device is taken as an example,the best PM times N*and the flexible cycles?_i are determined quantitatively by taking the minimum total repair cost per day as the optimal goal during the device replacement period under the different pre-setting working reliability threshold R.The maintenance optimization model can make a balance between the reliable performance and the repair cost,and have some meaningful engineering application value.
