With the development of society and the increasing load of substation,the safety and reliability of substation operation is very important.Therefore,the prevent-misoperation and fault recording system of substation is particularly important,the current use of substation prevent-error system of our country is microcomputer five-prevent system,but the information cannot be obtained real-time or operated offline by the microcomputer five-prevent system,resulting in a problem of complex operation ant the reliability is low.The fault recording system is a system that record voltage,current and protection action information when system failure occurs,it plays a very important role to keep the system operate normally.And that's why adopting a whole new prevent-misoperate system and fault recording system becomes that important.With the development of computing science,automation technology and communication technology,it provides a technical basis for designing new models of five-prevent technology and fault recording.This thesis takes Gukeng Substation Project in Dongguan City as an example,has adopted a set of on-line five-prevent system and fault recording system that base on the MMS / GOOSE technology.The on-line five-prevent system is based on a 3 layers prevent misoperation design: the substation control layer,the interval layer and the process layer.In order to achieve the prevent misoperation of whole substation.Station control layer to achieve anti-error logic lock and block the order of operation ticket through the MMS protocol on the whole station,the interval layer to control the five-prevent system node through the MMS / GOOSE network,the process layer to achieve the atresia of electrical equipment.On-line five-prevent system connected coordinated and indivisible through the layers,to achieve the substation anti-misuse.The basic structure of the fault recording system is including data collection,transmission,analysis and management module.Through the data acquisition module to generate the recording file,the transmission module will transfer the file to the analysis and management module,to analysis and process voltage / current amplitude,phase and protection action of the wave file,to present the analysis results with wave and data in the form,to provide the basis for protection action.According to the actual operation experience of Gukeng Substation,the on-line five-prevent system and fault recording system are able to reduce the misoperation and reduce the failure rate effectively,which is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of substation.
