Modeling And Implementation Of Substation Subsystem In Relay Protection And Fault Information System Based On IEC 61850 Standards

At present, IEC 61850 is the latest national standard about communications network and system in substations, which defines the communication between Intelligent Electronic Devices(IEDs) in the substation and the related system requirements ,and reflects the trend of substation automation communication technology.Relay protection and fault information system set technical support operation and management, providing support for analysis and processing power grid failure. In this paper, to address an important part of its response――Substation Subsystem, IEC 61850 standards conduct research based on the structural design, information packages, system modeling, and information agency mechanism maintenance, and works with actual verified. The entire system is hierarchical, distributed structure, and striving to achieve the objective of safeguarding the information "maintenance of substation subsystem, control center subsystem maintenance-free".
