In recent years,China's high speed railway enterprise has developed vigorously.The construction of high-speed railway has covered the vast majority of areas in China.CRH3 EMU as China's self-developed high-speed passenger trains can reach the maximum operating speed of up to 350 kilometers per hour,and it is also one of the world's highest operating speed EMU.EMU windows as an important component of moving train car group and the firmness of the body adhesive will directly affect the safety of passengers.To ensure the reliability of EMU the window at high speed operating conditions connected with the body,the need for positive tension and shear strength of the adhesive force of the windows and the body will be testing.In this study,according to the windows and the body adhesive strength testing,a dedicated work vehicles is designed,testing equipment for installation.To ensure the accurate and detailed test data,while meeting experimental conditions the adhesive strength of the test car from the top of the organization of work,the transmission mechanism,guiding mechanism,steering mechanism and hydraulic testing system.The study makes a design for work car,and selects the optimal scheme based on finite element method,and establishes parametric test work car structure,the work of the overall structure and each car parts stiffness,strength,stability analysis and analysis of key parts in contact,ensure adhesion strength testing work car overall structure is reasonable.After repeated simulation and optimization of the structure after the completion of the test vehicle design and drawing work related drawings.In this study,experimental work on car design and finite element analysis verification process is proved to be necessary to analyze the work car numerical simulation,and provides a theoretical foundation for other performance testing car design.
