Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of BIM Technology Adoption

In recent decades,BIM technology has been recognized in the global construction industry.However,the speed of BIM adoption in construction industry is still lower than expected.In China,BIM technology has just started to develop.Besides the application of BIM technology in the field of project management,the maturity of BIM application and the obstacles of BIM technology application,the adoption of BIM technology is also worth studying.This article tries to research on the problem of adoption of BIM technology,BIM technology for users of the subjective factors of technology cognition and attitude for whether to adopt is very important,so this paper will draw on the adoption of relevant theory of information technology to study BIM technology adoption related issues.192 copies of the sample data of the collected sample data through research and analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis,the fitting degree of the model and the related theory of hypothesis,based on social network analysis(SNA)to study the relationship between the obstacle factors,draw the following conclusions:(1)The use of BIM technology has a significant impact on the use of behavior,and it is positive;(2)BIM significantly influence perceived usefulness and use intention,the positive effects;(3)the enterprise obstacle factor reverse influence hypothesis use intention of BIM technology is not established;(4)the progress,quality,cost,safety,environment,management and coordination factors significantly influence the user perceived usefulness of BIM technology,and have positive effect;(5)technical factors are the major factors affecting the user;(6)human,economic,management and legal factors significantly influence factors of perceived barriers of BIM technology,and the effects were both positive,with users of the BIM project in this relationship is more significant;(7)the application of BIM technology adaptability difference(technical factors),the lack of talent BIM(human factors),income uncertainty(economic factor),the transformation of the mode of management difficulties(management factors)and the lack of The industry standard(legal standard factors)is the core obstacle factor of every category.(8)BIM technology adaptability is poor,and BIM talent shortage(manpower factor)is the core obstacle factor of BIM technology adoption.
