Study On The Influence Factors Of The Construction Project Cost Under EPC Mode

EPC mode is one of the most effective contracting modes for project cost and time control.This model has been widely used in foreign countries,but the popularity of this model is still low in China,especially in the field of housing construction.The DBB model is still the most commonly used package mode in domestic construction units at present.With the development requirements of the construction project on the whole process of construction cost and fine management,the inherent defects of the DBB model are more obvious.Therefore,the extension and research of the EPC model are of great significance to the control of the cost of construction projects.However,at the present stage,the construction project cost under the EPC model is composed of the national level.Therefore,based on the inherent characteristics of the EPC model,the author puts forward the construction project based on the EPC model by taking part in the longitudinal research on the "compilation of the list of engineering general contracting" under the construction department.The cost composition,according to the cost composition,combined with the industry data and the related documents and so on,combed the key factors of the influence cost.Through the grey clustering evaluation model based on the center point triangle whitening weight function,the importance of the key factors was theoretically analyzed.Finally,the industry development was obtained according to the analysis conclusion.Four factors,such as level,engineering design level,policy factor,and market price fluctuation,have the most important influence on the cost.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of the project cost database and the promotion and use of BIM technology.This paper,based on the theoretical research,analyzes the influence factors of the construction cost under the model of EPC,and tries to give a direction and target for the construction unit cost management,and further optimize the total project contract cost through the application of the model of the cost influencing factors.
