The employee’s satisfaction survey is a human resource management tool,reflected by the satisfaction survey,understand the real intention of employees,and can find deficiencies existing in the enterprises,research and analysis to improve employee satisfaction measures,so as to create a harmonious working environment of employees.Research adopt case analysis.questionnaire investigation method and model calculation method,which based on the status analysis of the company compensation management,performance management and promotion mechanism to make the employee satisfaction research in the form of questionnaire.A total of 480 questionnaires were issued,and the recycling questionnaires were 395.The recovery rate was 82 percent,which was in accordance with the sample standard.By the analysis of the questionnaires,the company employees are not satisfied with the salary system,promotion mechanism,and performance appraisal.The reason from salary aspect is that the company when making employee salary welfare system,has no combination with the real demands of employees and no scientific and reasonable analysis from different positions,so the current system structure is single and low standard.In terms of promotion,the company’s habit is promoted according to status,but quota allocation is limited.It makes employees dissatisfied.In terms of performance appraisal,due to the lack of scientific evaluation index,lack of monitoring link of evaluation process,cannot make full use of the assessment results and inadequate communication,all these reasons make the employee of the company overall satisfaction is too low.In order to improve the existing unsatisfied factors,this paper puts forward three suggestions to improve company employee satisfaction:to establish scientific salary benefits and performance appraisal system,satisfaction enhancement strategy of staff promotion,implement effective performance management strategy.
