With the rapid development of China’s economy,the level of industrialization is constantly improving,the power consumption of factories is also increasing rapidly.Requirements for power quality and power supply reliability are increasing day by day.As an important electric energy node in power system,substation has the irreplaceable function of changing voltage and distributing electric energy.Relying on the progress of communication technology and computer technology,intelligent substations in China are becoming more and more diversified,wide field and intelligent.Forming the integrated automation technology of substations.The rapid rise of modern industrial construction level makes the design of power supply system more and more perfect,systematic and comprehensive.In order to make the substation run normally,even predict and control ahead of time,the form of the main electrical wiring in the substation and all kinds of electrical equipment should be reasonably selected.Then the multi-function system module should be used.Finally,the intelligent control of dispatching automation and remote control is realized.Paper takes 110 kV Intelligent Substation in Pingdingshan as the design object.Firstly,make necessity analysis based on load forecasting,make feasibility analysis based on geological and hydrological conditions.Secondly,design electrical main wiring with single-bus segmented wiring according to load forecast.The main transformer uses a three-phase three-winding self-cooled load-regulating transformer.Neutral point is designed to be direct grounded.In order to ensure the reliability of the station’s electricity consumption.The station is designed with two station power supplies with 100 k VA capacity.Any power supply for ground-to-low-voltage side stations can bear the full station load.In order to protect the substation from lightning strikes,the station uses two 25 m high frame lightning rods and two 25 m high independent lightning rods.This station is equipped with two sets of scheduling data network equipment,which includes one access layer router and two access layer switches.It realizes the information sharing with scheduling station.Select fiber optic communication as the mode of communication,which is more stable and efficient.Based on the open layered distributed network structure “three layers and two networks”,the configuration scheme of the conventional transformer plus the combined unit is used to design the integrated power supply system for the station with AC-DC.Finally,make a summary of the 110 kV intelligent substation,looking forward to the development of intelligent substation.The paper designs the digital acquisition system of “conventional transformers and merge unit” to realize the protection and measurement requirements.The intelligent system of “one-time switching device and intelligent terminal” switch ingress device in designed to control and interact with information.It designs the “one-time device body,sensor and intelligent component” mode system.It can realize the state visualization of the device once.Secondary partial configuration one set of AC-DC integrated power supply.Communication power supply provides power to communication equipment in the station through a set of 3×20A and 48 V DC converters.In-station monitoring and protection unified modeling,unified networking,information sharing,communication protocol unified use of DL/T860 communication standards.
