With the development of China's automobile industry(in 2009,China's production and sales of vehicles,137.91 million for the first time surpassed Japan to become the world's largest automobile production country and in 2016,China's passenger car production and sales were 24,420,700 and 24,376,900)In order to survive in this fierce competition,the automobile manufacturing enterprises use various methods to reduce costs,improve quality and increase market share.Strengthening the internal management,the introduction of advanced management methods,optimizing the production of organizational processes,improving the original technology to improving productivity,reducing consumption,etc.are used in several ways.But any kind of method has certain limitations,through the internal management can tap the certain limit potential.Procurement is directly related to production of quality and cost.In recent years,through the procurement process,in the enterprise outside to reduce costs and improve the quality become more and more important.Market competition requires companies to reduce costs under the premise of ensuring quality.For the A-company,about 90%of the auto parts are purchased from the supplier,therefore,in the low-cost procurement strategy to ensuring and improving the component quality is the inevitable result of market competition.More and more automobile manufacturers pay more attention to the quality management of suppliers.At present,the summary of the working methods of SQE(supplier quality engineer),the supplier's electronic and sub-supply management research is not very good:First,In the domestic vehicle companies no special system to sort out the summary SQE Work experience of the management of the researchers;Second,the academic community is also less on the vehicle factory to build a car to carry out theoretical research,only some suppliers of quality evaluation of the paper part of the relevant research is not very rich;third for the car the research on the quality management of enterprise suppliers is mostly macroscopic,comprehensive research,and lack of empirical research results.As a lap vehicle factory and parts and components of the bridge from the role of SQE how to build the scene of the various parts of the quality problems of efficient processing is particularly critical.According to incomplete statistics,How effective the typical lessons learned between SQE and SQE,between suppliers and suppliers is also a question worthy of discussion.This thesis provides a new solution to this problemWith the German industry 4.0 and the concept of manufacturing 2025 made in China,manufacturing plant automation,information technology,intelligent development ideas become more and more clear.Combined with QSB + theory in the parts suppliers to promote electronic follow the trend,to achieve a win-win situation.It is worth noting that,according to a year-roud statistic in 2016,90%of the supplier's major bulk problems are due to the supplier's Manufacturing problems caused by the problem,so that how to work in the quality management work at the sub-supply extension is also an aspect to discuss.This thesis mainly analyzes the present situation of quality management of suppliers in automobile industry,and gives suggestions to improve the quality of suppliers' products.This thesis analyzes the suppliers' quality management and process of A-Company and analyzes the shortcomings of the management process,and puts forward the improvement plan of the current suppliers' quality management,expounds the result of implementation of the scheme.By combing the new ideas and new methods adopted by engineers in response to the quality problems and supply problems of various parts manufactured by the vehicle in recent years,and provide reference for the research of supplier quality management in automobile industry...
