Research On The Critical Factors Of Prefabricated Building In Anhui And Its Development Strategies Base On System Dynamics Methodology

Prefabricated buildings are assembled from prefabricated parts.As a big reform in construction methods,it’s becoming an inevitable trend to achieve sustainable development in the future.However,the development of prefabricated building is still faces many difficulties,such as lack of technical support,less supportive policies,high construction costs and distempered industial chain,ect.This article defines the connotation and extension of the prefabricated building,summarizes the development history and experience of the prefabricated building,and analyzes the development of the prefabricated building industry in Anhui Province.Based on extensive literature review,expert interview and questionnaire survey were conducted to investigate factors influencing the development of prefabricated buildings in Anhui.Critical factors of prefabricated building were identified by factor analysis.System dynamics method was adopted to establish the causal loop diagram and the stock flow chart.By analyzing the sub-systems of government,consumers,enterprises and socioeconomics,the paper identified the effect paths of the prefabricated building.In order to deeply analyze the prefabricated building in Anhui,data were collected to establish the parameter equation by Vensim PLE software.Experiment of the development of the prefabricated building were also stated and analyzed.Based on the development status and simulation results of Anhui Province,we put forward pratical strategies for promoting the development of prefabricated building in terms of quality,cost,market and industrial organization,etc.
