| As a pillar industry in national economy,the construction industry is closely related to socioeconomic development and the improvement of people’s life.Since the reform and opening up,the development of China’s construction industry has made remarkable achievements,not only led to the increase in employment rate,but also greatly improved our living environment.However,along with China’s ecological civilization construction as well as the continuous promotion of emission peak and carbon neutrality,traditional construction industry need to achieve green and low-carbon development on the basis of comprehensive transformation and upgrading urgently as s a large carbon emission.Prefabricated building has great advantages in reducing carbon emissions,improving environmental efficiency,shortening duration and improving the quality of engineering and so on.In order to promote the transformation,upgrading of the construction industry and achieve green and low-carbon development,the state began to vigorously develop prefabricated buildings,and Hangzhou was listed as one of the first pilot cities.In recent years,Hangzhou has obtained certain achievements and the experience in promoting the development of prefabricated building,also has encountered many difficulties and challenges,and there are still many constraints in the process of promotion.The author aims to analyze and study the constraints of the development and promotion of prefabricated building in Hangzhou,exploring combined with engineering projects,and then put forward the propulsion strategies and suggestions that are in line with the actual situation of Hangzhou to provide reference for the development and promotion of prefabricated building in other areas.Based on the analysis of the development of prefabricated building at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the experience of Japan,the United States,Sweden and other developed countries in the promotion of prefabricated building and goes through the current situation and policy system of prefabricated building development in China and Hangzhou.Combined with SWOT analysis of the development of prefabricated building in Hangzhou and related literature studies,the paper initially screens the restriction factors on the development of prefabricated building in Hangzhou,revising and optimizing the constraints through expert interviews,and collecting data through questionnaires with professionals.In order to ensure the objectivity of the weight of constraints,this paper explores the constraints affecting the development of prefabricated building in Hangzhou from the five dimensions of policy and regulation factors,economic factors,market factors,technical factors and management factors through the combination of AHP and entropy weight,fuzzy comprehensive assessment and other comprehensive evaluation methods.Then calculating the combination weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation score through model construction,and carrying out comparative verification combined with the analysis and study of DX project,then the author will put forward some targeted strategies and recommendations of development of prefabricated building in Hangzhou. |
