Water is the source of life,the foundation of production and the foundation of ecology.As an important natural resource,water plays an important role in the production practice of human society.Due to the influence of monsoon climate,there are great changes in the annual and interannual rainfall in China,and there are great differences in the time distribution of water resources.As an engineering measure to adjust the time distribution of water resources,the reservoir plays an important role in flood control,power generation,irrigation,shipping and so on.The quality of reservoir operation is directly related to the social and economic benefits of reservoir area and downstream,and plays a crucial role in the normal operation of reservoirs.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the rationality of the reservoir scheduling scheme in flood season,to give full play to the potential benefits of the project and to maximize the utilization rate of water resources.This paper takes the grand type I reservoir of the Songliao water conservancy Committee of the Tao Er River Basin as the research object,and uses the data and data of the reservoir for many years to carry out the research work of the reservoir flood season scheduling scheme,and analyze the use of the hydrological forecast in the reservoir dispatching in the 2013,2015 and 2017.The rationality of the scheduling scheme is verified by the measured data.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Influenced by the natural geography,meteorological and hydrological conditions,the characteristics of the underlying surface and the conditions of the flood encountered in the Tao River Basin,the flood and waterlogging disasters in the Tao River Basin are frequent,which brings great challenges to the scheduling scheme of the tulson reservoir.2.It is found that the dynamic control part of the limit water level of the flood water level in the dispatching plan of the Larson reservoir plays an important role in the reservoir scheduling,which is beneficial to the dispatching of the reservoir,and the hydrological forecast scheme of the cha Elson reservoir has certain accuracy and is reasonable and feasible in the reservoir scheduling scheme.3.Using the measured data of 2013,2015 and 2017 to verify the scheduling scheme of the water capital of Larson,the results show that the reservoir scheduling scheme is reasonable and feasible,and the implementation is high enough to meet the current situation of the cha Elson reservoir,and it can well coordinate the two aspects of the work demand for flood control and the dispatching of the reservoir.
