With the rapid development of social economy in our country,the requirements for buildings are also getting higher and higher,not only requiring large-span,large-space and other structural uses,but also the requirements for construction period are gradually increasing.The network structure has the advantages of short construction period,large span,high degree of industrial assembly,light weight,high strength,diversified structural forms,reasonable stress,and good seismic performance.It is favored by a large number of structural designers.This paper takes an integrated factory building as an example,combines with the research status at home and abroad,and deeply discusses the whole process of the design of the grid structure.The main research content is as follows:(1)Collecting literature data,starting from different perspectives at home and abroad,summarizing and analyzing the research status of grid structure and construction organization design;(2)Taking an integrated factory building as an example,the entire construction organization process of the grid structure is analyzed in detail,and the calculation process of the grid structure is studied emphatically;the key and difficult point in the grid structure is to weld the ball joints.This article focuses on the study of the welding ball construction process and the production process of the steel grid;(3)Detailed analysis and study of the construction machinery and equipment that may be used in the construction process,taking full account of the entire construction process,and the organization of the project organization and management in the construction process before construction.The smooth construction of the left is to be laid;(4)At the end,it mainly explored the anti-corrosion and fire prevention technology of the grid structure and the quality control measures in the coating process.
