As our country's “eight vertical and eight horizontal” high-speed rail network is becoming increasingly sophisticated,high-speed railways bring great social and economic benefits due to their perfect comfort and convenience.At the same time,high-speed railways have caused ecological and natural resources along the route during the construction process.A lot of irreversible effects and consumption,and this phenomenon is particularly prominent in the construction phase.As the substantive constituent elements of high-speed railways,construction materials have the characteristics of large demand,long supply lines,indefinite material direction,multiple supply points and dispersion,and transportation difficulties.At present,the industry has not yet formed a set of systems with practical The operability of high-speed railway green construction materials and materials resources related standards and norms,therefore,how to take effective measures to save materials within the reasonable range of cost growth,to achieve the purpose of energy saving,while minimizing the construction activities of the ecological The destruction of the environment in order to achieve maximum environmental benefits and energy-saving benefits is self-evident to China's promotion and implementation of the "sustainable development of green economy" and "green traffic".In summary,this article studies as follows:Firstly,in the thorough analysis on the domestic and foreign high speed railway green construction materials research background on the basis of summarizing the current inadequacies in this research field of our country,the actual significance of establishing a mature and complete system of high-speed railway,the green construction materials evaluation system.At the same time with 3R1 H circular economy theory,and the ordinary railway construction materials contact overview,green construction project based on the concept of similar reference,for high speed railway green construction material resource use concept definition,concept of its theoretical system,and to determine the comprehensive evaluation method used in this paper;Secondly,through the analysis and screening of the influence factors of the high speed railway construction,the existing measures for the construction of high speed railway construction are made.According to the difference of material selection from the way of high performance materials,material saving process,saving substantial material,reuse of turnover materials,material recycling,waste recycling rate,5 aspects construct the qualitative and quantitative evaluation index system for selection of renewable materials,and select the appropriate set of mathematical statistics method grading standard for each index;Thirdly,based on the evaluation index system and evaluation method of the construction of the above,combined with the index data source is constructed in this paper the difficulty of using ANP method to determine the index weight;and in order to more effectively determine the ideal index improved in order to take measures,the use of traditional Euclid approach degree of fuzzy matter-element evaluation the model is improved,the formation of a more reasonable evaluation model;Finally,the evaluation of the model,select the BOLN passenger line(Gansu section)BLTJ-1 section as an example to verify the evaluation result shows that the section material green rating for the "qualified",to a certain extent,follow the green construction material saving concept but there is great room for improvement,finally carries on the summary and prospect,the article put forward the existence the deficiency and the need to improve the content.
