The Research On Lean Management Of Power Distribution Network In J Municipal Power Supply Enterprise

With China's economic development,industries such as agriculture and industry entered a period of rapid development,promoting the rapid growth of the electricity market,and the distribution network as the "last mile" entered a high-speed development track.Power distribution network management entered a new Development of the gateway,facing unprecedented historical opportunities and challenges.Traditional concepts,outdated organizations,complicated and tedious work processes,backward management mode and the power distribution network management urgently need to adopt new management modes and concepts to improve the management level of distribution network.As the guidance and management unit of county-level power distribution network management grass-roots units,municipal power supply enterprises have the requirements of higher-level reform and innovation as well as facing the landing of reform and innovation models,and have their own historic missions and responsibilities.Therefore,this paper studies the lean management of distribution network of municipal power supply enterprises,uses the idea of lean management and the management status of distribution network in municipal power supply enterprises to help improve the management organization system,improve the work flow,and make rational use of automation and informationization technology and new equipment to carry out standardized operations,looking forward to lean management can improve the level of municipal power distribution network management.This dissertation studies from the following aspects:Firstly,it summarizes the research background and significance of the Lean Management of distribution network,the research status at home and abroad,the research methods and content of the dissertation,the key issues to be solved in the dissertation.Second,using the literature method,narrating and summarizing the relevant theories of the subject research.Gives the connotation and mode of lean management,summarizes the basic principle and system of lean management,and elaborates the quality management tools.Thirdly,the status quo and problems of distribution network management in J municipal power supply enterprises are described from two aspects of engineering and operation and maintenance.Fourthly,on the basis of lean thinking,elaborating the lean management plan of distribution network from two aspects of project management and operation and maintenance management.Describe the management and control of the distribution network operation and maintenance lean management aspects of management ideas,management system,standardized design,typical materials,factory assembly,construction and acceptance,information,automation,non-stop operation,power outage plan management,implementation plan.Fifthly,based on the requirements of the distribution network management,a data evaluation model of the application effect is established,which verifies that the lean management provides the power distribution for the enterprise Network management has a great promotion effect,prove that the concept of lean management in the municipal power supply enterprises distribution network management effectiveness and feasibility.
