Design And Implementation Of Network Monitoring Server Based On IEC104 Protocol

The construction of distribution network has always been an important research topic in the process of the national "strong smart grid".Because the distribution network of large and complex structure,large number and scattered distribution terminal nodes,thus to ensure the security of the distribution network,stable and reliable operation,must be on the distribution terminal equipment status and data generated by real-time monitoring,remote control and distribution terminal equipment,terminal equipment to ensure the normal operation of.This paper first present situation of distribution automation,distribution communication network and distribution monitoring master station system has been studied,the analysis of functional requirements of the distribution monitoring service,and then proposes a real-time monitoring of distribution terminal equipment distribution monitoring service system based on IEC60870-5-104 protocol state analysis,transmission power distribution terminal to the monitoring server the data,and sends the corresponding control command.In order to realize the functions of the system,the key technologies such as the telecontrol protocol IEC60870-5-104 and wxWdigets GUI Library in the early stage have been studied deeply,and the event processing module,protocol parsing module and function exception handling module have been designed.Finally,based on the function design,the above functions are coded and implemented,and the monitoring and simulation platform is built.The communication function and protocol resolution function of the system are tested.The design implementation based on the IEC60870-5-104 protocol of the distribution network monitoring server system can effectively monitor and control the terminal devices of the distribution network,which plays a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the distribution network system.
