Research On The Location Of Food Cold Chain Distribution Center In Yangzhou

Relying on people's hard work,the booming economy over the years and continuous growth of comprehensive strength of our country,people have more disposable income,which lead to a higher desire for quality of life.Therefore,to the consumer,level of the freshness of food products rises obviously.This strongly stimulates the development of refrigerated food.Eventually,the cold-chain logistics is gaining steam rapidly.As the distribution is midst link of the fruit and vegetable logistics,it plays the core role in the supply chain.Above all,the reasonable site selection of distribution center will bring great benefits to the city's economic development.Based on the analysis on the theory of cold chain logistics and distribution center at home and abroad,this paper established the site-selection model of cold chain logistics distribution center,which was suitable to the present situation of food market in yangzhou,jiangsu province.The research also described the development situation of cold-chain-logistics market in yangzhou,found that the standard of logistic center could not meet the demand of market.It was necessary to build a professional cold-chain-logistics distribution center in city yangzhou.Based on the town planning and exsiting situantion,this paper formulated the constraint condition of site selection,determined four alternative schemes,and used discrete model to calculate and analyze,got the final scheme which was in the lowest cost:food cold-chain logistics and distribution center on Yangwei Road in yangzhou.The results indicated that the site was the best situable because its comprehensive fee was lowest and economic and social benefits was highest.
