In recent years, with the rapid development of China's railway construction and large.scale,high-speed railway technology matures, many passenger station has become an important hub connecting the railway transport, the city public transportation. But because of the historical reasons and institutional constraints, some passenger station and city public traffic system does not match, the unreasonable design of Railway Passenger Station Road, causing traffic flow, confusion and other problems. To solve the problem of cohesive city public traffic,to provide fast, convenient transfer services for passengers, has very important significance to promote the development around the station area.In this paper, the Dalian Railway Station as the object of study, through research, obtained the Dalian Railway Station bus, taxi, transfer of private car and walk, transfer rates were 0.4,0.35,0.15 and 0.1,use Simio software to establish the simulation model, cohesion for simulation of Dalian Railway Station to passenger transfer route, surrounding public transport system, found the transfer bottleneck in the taxi station.Further analysis showed that due to the influence of taxi by passenger arrival and arrival two factors,so we can put forward some suggestions for improvement from these two aspects. This paper continues to discuss the passenger arrival rate and vehicle.Found in the arrivals have obvious peak, the taxi arrives rate can adapt with the passengers, taxi station will significantly ease the congestion, waiting time of travel will decline. Finally, this assumption is the Dalian Railway Station subway,Metro share most of passenger flow, taxi stands jam will be solved effectively.
