With the development of the logistics industry,the drop and pull transport is an efficient and energy-saving mode which gradually attention to domestic cities.Since 2012 having been the pilot of drop and pull transport,Dalian that actively developed a large number of highway lines of drop and pull transport,which Committed to building the Dalian as the new center of the Inland "multi-line" of drop and network system,now has formed the scale.This paper study the Demand and vehicle scheduling of drop and pull transport of Dalian which has carried out the port logistics and transportation systems,to meet the requirements of modern logistics development in Dalian.Firstly,this paper has detailed summary the concepts,principles,vehicle equipment and so on of drop and pull transport.As to the concept of drop and pull transport,this paper has done the circumstantial research of recent developments of drop and pull transport of Dalian,then analysis the organization of Dalian's drop and pull transport which is an island with multi-lines and the circumstance problems of development Dalian's drop and pull transport.After that,according to the new transport development trends,this paper selected local production and highway freight volume as a reference factor and use lined binary logistic regression to predict the drop and pull transport traffic of Dalian.Thirdly,to extend the frame of network,this paper use the fuzzy c-means clustering method to build network and get priority and second-level nodes which takes Dalian as the transport centre with multi-lines.At last,according to the construction of the new transport network,this paper establish the vehicle scheduling model which takes into account the tasks time,maximum hours of work and so on and get solution with the Tabu search method.
