| The planning of the smart grid dispatching support system has been proposed and promoted rapidly in the scope of the national power dispatching system.Under the new regulation mode of power grid,the power grid regulation,inspection and professional managers at all levels have also changed the business needs of the two equipment operation information in the substation.The new changes will bring new business needs,and it is more urgent to carry out a more extensive and in-depth research on the two equipment information of the power grid.In this paper,a new online monitoring system for two equipment is designed according to the new demand.And then improve and optimize the traditional power production scheduling and management decision-making process.And improve the overall management level of the whole power grid operation safety.First of all,this paper analyzes the requirements of dispatching departments for real-time operation of secondary equipment in substations and the demand for advanced intelligent analysis and processing under the condition of large centralized control and large operation of power system,as well as the main problems encountered in the existing production and operation system,and the whole design idea and a complete solution are given according to the demand analysis.Secondly,this paper analyzes the information collection part of the substation of the two equipment on-line monitoring system,analyzes the function of the intelligent network shutdown,the technical condition of the intelligent network shutdown and the configuration of the intelligent network shutdown,analyzes the communication mode of the main station and the substation based on the communication medium of power data network.According to the business characteristics,the power communication service protocol is used to schedule the communication and information interaction between the main station end and the substation sub station.Then the main function module of the master station is designed and implemented,including the networking mode,the function realization,the hardware configuration,the monitoring function,the analysis function and so on.Finally,the relevant experimental test and pilot project deployment were carried out,And the prospect of the follow-up research is also carried out.The results fully verify that the design and development of the secondary equipment on-line monitoring system fully meet the design requirements,the real-time information collection and intelligent diagnosis and analysis task of the secondary equipment information at the substation’s end are realized at the main station of the dispatching center. |
