With the development of human society,continuous exploitation of traditional energy sources and environmental pollution have become a growing problem.In recent years,the state has stepped up efforts to rectify environmental pollution and people have focused their attention on new,green and environmentally-friendly renewable energy sources.Xinjiang,as a large energy province in China,has abundant mineral resources.Xinjiang enjoys the highest daily average light exposure time and huge potential for photovoltaic resources.The wind power resources in Dabancheng and other places are very greenery all the year round,and the development potential of wind energy resources is considerable.With the gradual launch of the national aid to Xinjiang and the rapid economic development in Xinjiang,the local power grid has maintained its rapid development at all times.However,due to the large number of existing thermal power plants in Xinjiang and the government's approval of new and expanded PV power stations in large quantities in order to promote economic development,overcapacity in Xinjiang and inability to consume rich power can not be satisfied,resulting in a serious abandonment of abandoned wind.In recent years,the State Grid Corporation of China continued to increase the construction of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region sending channel,but the construction period is longer and the territory of Xinjiang is vast.The rich electric energy around the country wants to be packaged and delivered in a short period of time and is difficult to achieve.Therefore,how to absorb new energy sources in Xinjiang and reduce abandonment of abandoned light is of great significance.This paper firstly focuses on the actual situation of Xinjiang power grid,the reasons for the immaturity of power grid technology,overcapacity and other reasons were analyzed,and the current practice and effectiveness of adopting new energy sources at home and abroad was expounded in detail.Then,the ways of absorbing new energy in Xinjiang were analyzed.Combining advanced experience from all regions,we have explored a method of accommodation suitable for the actual conditions in Xinjiang.By accelerating the construction of outbound channels,deepening the way of power grid dispatching,and prioritizing the management of new energy sources,management measures have been proposed to reduce the proportion of abandoned wind and abandoned light.Analyzed how to alleviate the pressure of new energy power consumption through the development of active distribution networks,wind,water,and thermal storage and multi-energy complementary technologies,and gave practical new energy absorption measures suitable for Xinjiang power grid.Finally,how to solve the series of issues such as the elimination of new energy fundamentallyhas been analyzed by studying power generation quotas and carbon emission quotas,establishing new energy trading mechanisms in line with market conditions,and supporting strategies and policy support for new energy power generation full-scale acquisitions.Under the policy support and grid-led approach of the Xinjiang region,combining theory with practice,a carbon-limiting strategy suitable for Xinjiang will be found.Through policy support,the use of large-scale outbound delivery,and appropriate incentives for the use of new energy sources on the spot,Xinjiang's competitiveness and consumption level of new energy will beenincreasedgreatly.
