Energy is the material basis for the development of economy, the improvement of livingstandards, energy conservation is to alleviate the energy shortage is the most effective, mosteconomical way, is in the building of resource-conserving and environment friendly society inour country with a long and arduous task. China’s building energy consumption accounts forabout1/3of the total energy consumption in China, whether it is compared with thedeveloped countries, and compared with the our country industry, transportation,energysaving, building energy saving is a very weak link in our country’s energy conservation.Building energy conservation to ease the resources pressure and the development of socialeconomy in our country has important function and meaning, is one of the pressing needs ofthe development of construction industry in China.This paper mainly use the literature method, the combination of qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis method to study the energy consumption evaluation index system of xi’an monomer residental building. First of all, reviews the residential building energyconsumption influencing factors at home and abroad, analyze the present situation of xi ’anresidential building energy consumption, put forward the necessity of constructing indexsystem of xi ’an residential building energy conservation; Secondly, using the ISM method toscreen the early build index system, and optimize the index system, finally from thearchitectural design, building envelope, heating and air conditioning systems, lighting energyconsumption and residental staff behavaior five aspects to build the index system of xi ’anresidential building energy consumption; Again, using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp)and entropy method to determine the subjective and objective weight of each index weight,using the entropy method to modify the AHP weight to obtain the synthesis weights of eachindicator to ensure the final evaluation result is scientific and reliability.Finally, on the basis of the above, select two homes of Liu Gang gold coast area in xi ’aninternational logistics park to empirical research, the results show that although the twobuilding’s energy efficiency level is "good", but the energy saving effect are not good. In orderto make the xi ’an residential building energy efficiency evaluation to be more perfect, putforward a set of specific energy-saving measures and policy recommendations as guidance, including enhancing people’s consciousness of building energy conservation;From the angleof the can quality to establish energy evaluation system; Economic analysis of residentialbuilding energy conservation; Strengthening technical innovation and building energyconservation and the legal system; Use of renewable resources, etc.
