Management Model And Effect Evaluation Of The Section From Northern Zhanghe To Southern Ancient Canal In Middle Route Of The South-to-North Water Diversion

The south to North Water Transfer Project is a basic project to optimize water resources allocation and promote regional coordinated development.The south central route of the south to North Water Diversion Project is the first stage of the south to North Water Diversion Project.It is a project affecting the economy and livelihood of the people in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and Henan.This paper first introduces the development process and current situation of project management,and puts forward the background of the research combining with the management of water conservancy projects in China.After that,it analyzes the design,construction,acceptance and so on of the construction management of the south to North Water Diversion project.this paper,starting from the basic principles and concepts of project management,analyzes the example of the section from northern Zhanghe to southern Ancient Canal in middle route of the South-to-North water diversion.In order to improve the comprehensive economic efficiency and ensure the construction effect,the paper systematically studies the design,cost,acceptance,quality,schedule and safety control of the project.Through analysis of the problems in each link,the paper summarizes the internal links of each link in the project.The technology scheme using stone masonry grouting,plugging,plugging CIO concrete and reinforced concrete-slab thickened cover plate lintel approach cave proposed in this paper is a good reference to improve the construction quality,reduce the cost and ensure the safety of the south to North Water Transfer Project.This experience is provided for the water diversion project managementFinally,according to the actual situation,the scientific index is selected and the index weight is set,the project management is synthetically evaluated,the evaluation conclusion is obtained,and the results are analyzed at the same time.The conclusion shows that the project management model has high score in the national economic and financial effect,the social environment effect and the ecological environment effect.The comprehensive score is good,and the scheme is feasible.It hopes to provide reference for the development of water conservancy projects in the future.
