With the rapid development of high and new science and technology,3D printing technology has more and more important significance to the industrial revolution,it is in the manufacturing,aerospace,medical and other fields are widely used.3D printing technology of high utilization rate of raw materials,save resources,and can according to any design for printing,the increasing market demand,however,3D printing technology at present,there are many problems,among which the contradiction between speediness and high precision is 3D printing technology industrialization is an important problem.Based on the ARM as the core,the study of step motor deceleration control algorithm,and based on the ARM to the STM32 microcontroller as the control core,LV8729 for drive,include motor,encoder and upper machine stepper motor based on 3D printing experiment on the hardware platform.On the basis of the original MATLAB simulation model of the motor was improved,design a new stepper motor control system simulation model,increased the algorithm design module,the percentage of input acceleration and deceleration,can be for the next ladder type,parabolic type and S type three kind of stepping motor and deceleration control method of speed curve simulation platform.Of ladder type,parabolic type and S type three kind of stepping motor and deceleration control method respectively through constant fine fraction and fine marks the establishment of the mathematical model,simulation and analysis of their respective applicable applications.Stepper motor running at a constant speed when start too fast,need to start torque is large,lead to motor lose step,overcharge and so on a series of problems,using deceleration control steps to avoid motor loss,getting lost,overshoot,etc.With constant fine fraction step motor deceleration control algorithm as the foundation,in this paper,the variable deceleration control algorithm of fine fraction,variable fine fraction deceleration control method of mathematic model and the simulation experiment.Finally,the stepping motor control system based on 3D printing,adjustment of the overall control of constant speed control,constant fine fraction and fine fraction control method for the actual test validation,and analyzed the influence of different control methodson the motor running.3D printing is frequent commutation,means that need frequent deceleration as control motor,therefore,in this paper,the step motor and deceleration control algorithm research has important practical significance.Through to the stepper motor control algorithm optimization,in order to realize the 3D printing system of the motor and the X,Y,Z three directions on the shaft of the stepper motor to achieve better control,and the control system for the 3D printing prototype,in order to promote printing precision and the speed of printing.
