The Study On The Engineering Construction Schedule Control For The Mechanical And Electrical Installation

For a long time,due to large population base and insufficient living space per person in China,the state is accelerating housing construction to solve people's living needs.With the constant economic development,Chinese architectural industry ushers in the overall development period.In the architectural construction process,mechanical and electrical installation is an indispensable process.Due to complicated mechanical and electrical installation technology and large construction difficulty,how to effectively manage mechanical and electrical installation becomes a popular topic in architectural industry.Schedule management is one of three major management targets in engineering project management.It is directly related to economic and social benefits of engineering projects.As a result,it has the important value and status in the entire project promotion.In the process of implementing the project,based on the scientific control,on the one hand,engineering quality can be ensured.On the other hand,enterprises are promoted to control and rationally shorten duration,ultimately achieves win-win situation in corporate credibility and cost,rationally balance constructive projects.So it means very important significance to study progress control of mechanical and electrical installation project.In the paper,the author firstly systemized the research achievements on schedule control of mechanical and electrical installation proposed by predecessors.Secondly,the author discussed process involved in the schedule control of mechanical and electrical installation and possible problems from schedule control influence factors,schedule control countermeasures,schedule planning compilation and schedule planning adjustment and established the framework for schedule control of mechanical and electrical installation.Next,by taking engineering project A as an example,the author verified the schedule control method in the paper,finally summarized theoretical achievements and practical experience and preliminarily planned the next research direction.By studying the schedule control of mechanical and electrical installation,the author established a common framework in schedule control of mechanical and electrical installation and verified it in practice.The above-mentioned achievements play a positive role on the quality and effect enhancement in mechanical and electrical installation of the architectural industry.
