Price is an important factor in markets.Price can directly determine the levels of customers' acceptance in car markets,which influences the quantities of car purchases and further decides whether manufactures could achieve their goals in getting profits or not.Besides,price fixing may also have extensive effects on the interests of franchisers and customers,and additionally determines other marketing factors.Thus,strategy of price fixing is a key tool in competitions of car marketing,which must on one hand consider the capacities of customers' acceptance and on the other hand benefit the cost compensation,profit obtainment and sales promotion.Therefore,an informed policy about price fixing can be made under customers' and sellers' considerations.This article can be classified into 5 parts.The first part mainly introduces the background,significance and primary methods adopted;In chapter 2,theory and literature about price fixing are presented;In 3rd chapter,simple introduction and analysis about price fixing of D product in X company are described;and then PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and corresponding settlements on price fixing of D product are discussed in the 4th chapter.Conclusion and outlook are drawn finally in this text.We hope our results could provide valuable enlightenment in price fixing of car markets.
