In the process of residential development in China,residential construction has gradually shifted from raw construction to quality construction.At present,our country puts forward the goal of building "one hundred year residence",SI residential buildings provide direction for achieving this goal due to its characteristics of high durability and changeable interior.It is one of the most fundamental tasks to solve the problem of commonality of interior parts in the implementation of SI system.At present,there are many obstacles to the development of our domestic interior parts.For example,there is a lack of perfect and detailed system specification;modular,standardization,serialization and generalization of the products are difficult to carry out effectively;the existing residential design process is not applicable to SI system housing development;the participants’ research is for their own affairs,lack of effective communication channels and platforms.Meanwhile,BIM technology has a significant advantage in enhancing communication among participants and optimizing the design process.For that reason,this thesis uses the means of BIM,the design and development of SI internal parts management information system based on BIM will provide a feasible solution for the above problems.The purpose of this study is to build SI internal parts management information system.In this thesis,the methods of literature review,system analysis and case analysis are comprehensively applied.First of all,based on the analysis of the development of domestic products,combined with the characteristics of SI internal parts,we get the classification and coding system suitable for the system.Secondly,the demand analysis,feasibility analysis and logical structure analysis of the system were conducted.Then,within the overall framework of the design,the database design and system function module design were completed successively.The system was consist of user login modules,user management modules,news bulletin modules,parts management modules,user operation interfaces,and user evaluation modules,functional module.Finally,the system was tested for application,the assumption was verified,and the function was completed.This study fully considered the needs of users and the pain points in the management of the current SI infills.Through targeted design,the work mode of the SI internal product management information system based on BIM is analyzed,and the SI infills-MIS is verified in the multi perspective.The system provides a way to optimize the current Chinese design process,moving up the position of the supplier of the parts in the design process,and enhance the communication between the suppliers of the parts,the owners,and the designers.It provides some inspirations for the standardization,serialization,generalization and information development of interior parts in China.This study aims to provide some assistance to the development of the domestic product development and the industrialization of housing in the future.
