At present,the construction of urban rail transit in China has entered a period of rapid development.Becauste rail transit has many functional advantages,it has become the focus of urban development in the new period of China.However,with the rapid construction of urban rail transit in China,metro construction accidents occur from time to time.In recent years,a large number of accident statistics found that unsafe behavior of construction worker can lead to safety accidents directly or indirectly,and the degree of safety integrity of construction worker is an important factor affecting the unsafe behavior of construction worker.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the relationship between the safety integrity and unsafe behavior of metro construction worker to reduce the unsafe beha,vior of construction worker.By combing a large number of literature at home and abroad,combining with the local cultural atmosphere and the actual situation of the metro construction in our country at present.it is found that because of the particularity of local culture,the construction organizations pay close attention to the degree of organizational safety integrity,ignoring the degree of correspondence of personal safety integrity with organizational safety integrity,as well as the construction of constructors’ own safety integrity.And the two main aspects of affecting the unsafe behavior of the constructors are personal-organization safety integrity correspondence,and the differences of the psychological cognition process of the construction worker own safety integrity.Therefore,the research is divided into the following three parts.(1)The structure of safety integrity and unsafe behavior is divided into external difference structure and internal difference structure.The external difference structure refers to the difference structure between the degree of organization safety integrity and the personnel safety integrity,which is divided into four types:active type,passive type,hidden type and negative type.The internal difference structure refers to the difference structure of the construction worker’s own safety integrity cognition process,including safety cognition attitude,safety need attitude,safety behavior ability and safety feedback ability.(2)Based on the game theory,this thesis constructs the exterior difference relation model,establishes the decision-making chart and the game matrix of the metro construction worker’s safety integrity,and probes into the influence relations.The research shows that when external differences exists,the metro construction worker seek for the balance between organizational safety integrity and self safety integrity,and the behavioral process of choice is a game process.The correspondence of construction worker safety integrity and organization safety degree has certain influence on the occurrence of unsafe behavior,and the occurrence of"invisible rules" weakens the inhibition effect of the construction organization safety integrity standard to the construction worker’s unsafe behavior.(3)Using the structural equation model to establish the internal difference relation model,through the questionnaire investigation,the personnel interview methods,designed the metro construction industry safety integrity and unsafe behavior measurement scale which includes 7 dimensions and 28 topics.Sample data is collected from five stations in a section of Xi’an Metro Line No.5.The internal difference relationship model is constructed by using SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0 statistical software,and the rationality of the model is ensured by model modification.When the internal differences exist in the safety integrity of the construction worker,the safety cognition attitude of the construction worker has the most significant influence to the obedience unsafe behavior,and the safety feedback ability has no significant effect on the participation unsafe behavior of the construction worker,and the enhancement the safety feedback ability may not be able to reduce the occurrence of obedience unsafe behavior ability.Based on the above research results,the management of metro construction industry should improve the safety integrity correspondence of organization and metro construction worker.According to the impact of personnel safety integrity to unsafe behavior,the management should try to improve the important influencing factors and explore the deep causes of unsafe behavior according to the important influencing factors.This thesis improveing the safety integrity of the construction worker,reducing the conceited psychological problems of the metro construction worker,improving the safety integrity evaluation system of metro construction,reduceing the occurrence of safety accidents.
