| Monorail traffic is a kind of traffic system which can make use of space effectively and allow trains to run on special track beams.The peris of viaduct under monorail traffic plays an important role in the whole rail transportation system.The steel pier is more suitable for monorail transportation system because of its high prefabrication,short construction time and small area of section.In this paper,,a kind of steel bridge pier which based on the construction of monorail traffic in Hebei area is proposed.In this paper,the static analysis under different load combinations is carried out,and the stability analysis and seismic response analysis are carried out by ANSYS finite element software.The main research content of this study includes:(1)First of all,referring to the specifications and the existing example of Chongqing monorail,the steel structure pier is selected and designed.The main structural structure of steel pier with circular tubular section is determined.The calculation and analysis of the structure under different load combinations are carried out according to the design code.The results show that the stress and displacement of the structure meet the requirements.(2)The finite element model of steel pier with circular tubular section is established by using ANSYS finite element software,and its stability is analyzed by eigenvalue buckling analysis and elastic-plastic analysis.The stability safety factors of structures obtained under the most unfavorable live load conditions are all meet the requirements.The stability safety factors obtained by eigenvalue buckling analysis are higher than those obtained by elastoplastic analysis.The influence of slenderness compared with the stiffened ribs and the ratios of radius to thickness is greater than that of structural stability.(3)The seismic response analysis of the structure is carried out by using the response spectrum method of unidirectional excitation and bidirectional excitation,respectively.The results show that,the maximum displacement of unidirectional excitation is in the middle of the pier and the transverse direction of the bridge is at the top of the pier.The maximum displacement and force response in the transverse direction are larger than that in the forward direction.According to the load combination calculation,the section stress of the pier meets the requirement.(4)The elastic time history analysis of steel pier is used as the contrast of response spectrum analysis.The results show that the displacement response and the force response of the structure are slightly larger than that of the response spectrum analysis.But the displacement of the maximum displacement of the structure is consistent with the analysis of the response spectrum.According to the requirements of load combination calculation,the seismic design control condition of pier is a load combination with vehicle and bidirectional excitation. |
