| The R&D personnels operate the R&D itern,innovate theory and technology.Their research achievement not only makes huge vendibility directly from the manet,but also impulses the development of knowledge and technology indirectly,promotes enterprise’s knowledge quanity and augments convergency of R&D knowledge,ultimately upgrades the compete ability of enterprise.Consequently,we think that there are double contributions of R&D personnels to their enterprises.However’at present lots of managers attach much more importance to the contribution that R&D personnel bring market value for their enterprise in industry,neglect another contribution,also are devoid of inspiriting knowledge shareing of R&D personnel.According to the present situation,there are three primary problems.Firstly,the enterprise don’t enough cognize the significance of knowledge managing;Sceondly,there is not very mature and systemic performance appraising theoretics of knowledge sharing;Thirdly,so many enterprises lack enough prompting that can not stimulate R&D personnels sharing their knowledge.Based on above context,the thesis deeply researchs that how appraise and inspirit knowledge sharing of R&D personnel.First of all,the thesis summarizes the research actuality,in which include performance appraising and inspiriting of R&D personnel and knowledge sharing home and overseas scholars.Elucidate and explain the correlative conceptions about R&D personnel、knowledge sharing.Secondly,according to the accomplishment of relational scholais,the thesis constructs the knowledge sharing performance appraisal system that based on attitude、ability and outcome of knowledge sharing three dimensionalities and twelve subordinate indexs.And then calculate these indexs proportion with AHP,uses Fuzz Comprehensive Evaluation to appraise the performance of R&D personnel knowledge sharing,furthermore,testifies feasibility of the appraisal systems with practical example.Finally,the author constructs the stimulation mechanism of R&D personnel knowledge sharing from macroscopical to microcosmic aspects in enterprise,and then detailedly expatiates it. |
