Research On Innovation Performance Evaluation Of Freight Service In Railway Transportation Enterprises

In recent years,investment in railway construction in China is relatively large.The development trend of ‘passenger and cargo separation' has provided huge opportunities for railway freight development.The rapid development of modern logistics industry has a significant impact on railway freight transport.Customers' demand is developing to small batch,multi frequency,punctuality and high quality.Only by accelerating innovation can railway freight service adapt to the development of the era.In June 15,2013,the real goods system,one time pricing,“door to door” transportation and electronic commerce as the core of the reform of freight transport organization,all railway transport enterprises have begun to freight service innovation to occupy the freight market.At present,few researches are on the innovation performance of railway freight service,so the scientific and reasonable method to measure the freight service innovation performance to understand the current situation of railway freight service innovation,improve the enthusiasm of freight service innovation of railway transportation enterprise has positive significance for promoting the development of railway freight services through horizontal comparison method.The purpose of this study is to make the railway freight management department strengthen the guidance of the railway freight service innovation,and to make the railway transportation enterprises attach importance to the innovation of the railway freight service and improve the market share of the railway freight.The main contents of this study are: first,the background and significance of freight service innovation of railway transportation enterprises are studied,the research goal,expounds the main research content,puts forward the technical route and research methods are pointed out;second,the basic theory of innovation,service,service innovation,logistics service innovation,railway freight service innovation and so on are deeply studied;third,the characteristics of railway freight service are studied,the definition of service innovation and performance evaluation of railway freight transport enterprises is pointed out,the index system of evaluation is designed;fourth,the reason of entropy selection_double point evaluation method and the entropy weight double base point method for the performance evaluation model of freight service innovation are pointed out;fifth,taking the Railway Bureau as an example to evaluate the innovation performance of freight service,and we study the evaluation results;sixth,we set out the suggestions on improving the innovation performance of freight service.The weight of the indexes is objectively obtained by the entropy weight method,and the double base points method is used to get the ranking of the innovation performance of the freight service in various railway bureaus.Through the construction of the index system and the calculation of the evaluation model,the measures to improve the innovation performance of the freight transport service in the railway transportation enterprises have been put forward,which has a definite guiding significance.
