| Hospital construction as a new form,gradually has attracted people’s attention.Hospital construction projects with high complexity,large investment,long duration,so the need to meet the functional requirements of the user under the premise,but also in the design stage for cost and investment control.Quota design and value engineering have been proven to be effective cost control methods in long-term theoretical and practical use,but there are also shortcomings in the use alone.Therefore,we can combine the advantages of both in hospital construction to be used.This paper discussed the process and main points of value engineering in the quota design of hospital building by focusing on the improvement of the quota design method.Firstly,the value and significance of this study are clarified in combination with the background of the research.The relevant research at home and abroad is analyzed and the objectives and main contents of the research are put forward.Secondly,it introduces the process of quota design,the process of value engineering theory and the concrete points.Then we propose the method of quality function deployment(QFD)to determine the total value of the design target by the method of quality function expansion,use the value engineering method to allocate the total design limits,and consider life-cycle cost;theory to get the goal design cost improvement process.Finally,taking a cardiovascular and cerebrovascular hospital as an example,this paper elaborates and demonstrates the feasibility of value engineering in the design of hospital construction project quotas and puts forward the conclusion and prospect of the application of quota design method and value engineering principle in hospital buildings. |
