Large reciprocating compressors are key equipment which is extremely important in petroleum and chemical engineering fields,and the performance of large reciprocating compressors will directly affect the operation state of the entire production line.Therefore,measuring and analyzing the main performance parameters of the compressor are of great significance to ensuring its reliability and safety.In this paper,the testing technologies of the main parameters that indicate the performance of a large reciprocating compressor are studied based on a closed performance test rig.The main research contents are as follows:1.Based on a large reciprocating compressor test rig,and according to the performance measurement requirements of large reciprocating compressor,the system structure of the performance testing system and the type,range,precision and data acquisition requirements of the sensing device are determined,and the layout and installation diagram of the sensors needed in the test rig is completed.It provides a reference for sensor selection and installation in engineering application.2.On the basis of systematic research on the test technology of the main parameters of the performance test,the key research on the testing technology of the important parameters such as the indicator power(efficiency),the exhaust volume,the torque,the rod load and so on is carried out.The indicator power is measured using the P-V indicator diagram and the enthalpy rise method.The principles of the two methods are described,the data processing process is improved,the uncertainty of the key parameters of the P-V indicator diagram method is determined,and the basic flow of the P-V indicator diagram test is designed.The problem of filtering the harmonic components in the P-V indicator diagram method is solved by providing pressure sensor's installation method,optimizing the size of the installation channel and the filtering of the hardware and software.In addition,the definition of piston rod load is emphatically discussed,and the technical key points of the two kinds of methods of measuring piston gas force and strain measurement are summarized,and the data processing of the two methods is perfected,and provides the theoretical support and experience for practical engineering application.3.Based on the research of a small reciprocating compressor performance test rig and performance testing technology,selected the appropriate sensors and data acquisition equipments,and used LabVIEW as the software development environment,completed the development of the small reciprocating compressor performance testing system,and met the test requirements of temperature,pressure and exhaust volume of the small test rig.
