With the gradual improvement of China's economic construction,the total number of motor vehicles in China has also risen along with the growth of the economy.With the growth of the total number of motor vehicles,traffic and environmental problems have gradually become prominent.Reports on traffic congestion and environmental pollution have become commonplace.To improve this situation,major cities have taken corresponding measures,and economic measures have played an important role in the development of urban construction and urban public transportation.Inspired by the transfer discount in Chongqing within one hour,this article investigates the impact of its policies on residents' travel conditions through survey questionnaires,and builds a theoretical analysis model to improve the related policies and make residents travel.More convenient,better development of urban public transport,and better solutions to urban traffic problems.First of all,this paper mainly reviews the literature from the aspects of the pricing of urban public transport and residents' travel modes,and summarizes the related research channels for transfer preferences,and analyzes and selects the model of travel mode selection.Multi-objective planning model for this paper research.Secondly,the process of transfer of travel mode was analyzed to understand the mechanism of transfer of travel mode.Subsequently,an SP intention survey was used to design a questionnaire.The results of the questionnaire survey were conducted at three levels: the traveler's personal situation,travel mode choice,and trip characteristics.The economy,comfort,etc.were scored for importance,and the results were analyzed.Based on the establishment of a transfer model for traveler choice under this policy.Finally,on the basis of the target model,a multi-objective planning model is established to optimize the transfer system with the most comprehensive system,the lowest occurrence of trip problems,and the optimal urban public transport benefits.The plan is designed for this model,using the current weighting.The algorithm based on the method will be analyzed,and finally put forward relevant policy recommendations.Through the model,it mainly analyzes the impact of the public transit transfer discount rate on the traveler's travel mode selection.The analysis results obtained: From a macro perspective,the implementation of this policy has a certain impact on travelers,among which there is a greater positive impact on the transfer of private car direct travelers to transfer transfer options.The total impedance of the road network gradually decreases with the increase in the preferential rate of the transfer policy,and the reduction in total impedance of the road network during the 15%-35% time is most obvious.When the transfer discount rate is above 45%,The total impedance of the road network tends to saturate.
