With the implementation of the national ‘The Belt and Road' strategy,China's western region has become an important gateway to West Asia,Europe and Africa regions connected with.The development strategy of ‘The Belt and Road' will improve the current situation of Chinese western region economic and trade developed,will transform the resource advantage into economic advantage fully.At the same time,the road transportation industry in bear the huge economic effect,it has become an increasingly prominent problem.Few years ago,due to the lack of economic strength,small traffic flow,the road design in the western mountainous area of our country often adopts the limit parameters of road design,which makes many roads with large slope and long downhill in mountain areas.These sections are often the areas of high incidence of traffic accidents.In order to ensure the good development of traffic and transportation industry,we need to study the joint matching technology of the long downhill braking mode of heavy commercial vehicles.In the short term,it will relieve the traffic accidents caused by the ‘heat decline' of the long downhill brake,and win valuable time for the improvement of the basic road strip in the later period.According to the support of Central Universities fund innovation team(NO.2013G322402: Heavy commercial vehicle downhill safety research comprehensive technical support)and Xi'an Science and technology plan-technology transfer promotion project(NO.CX12162: study on comprehensive technology of heavy commercial vehicle safety project),I will focuses on the research of continuous braking matching technology during the downhill operation of vehicle.The research work and research content of this paper are as follows:(1)The theoretical analysis and Simulation of the working process and braking principle of the continuous braking mode are carried out,and the mathematical model of the working process of the continuous braking and braking of the heavy vehicle is set up.(2)Based on the mathematical model of the brake temperature rising model and the continuous braking characteristic,the safe driving mode of the vehicles with different road slope and length is studied to ensure that the brake temperature after the heavy vehicle downhill is lower than the critical temperature of the brake.(3)Through the driving state of vehicles on different road slopes,the safety model of commercial vehicles running down the slope is studied.Then,a feasible and reliable stable downslope scheme is provided for different road conditions,and the braking capability of existing continuous braking is maximized.The data collection system of vehicle running status and road parameters is developed.(4)Develop a vehicle long downhill driving capacity calculation software,assist continuous brake manufacturers,and match suitable auxiliary brake schemes for different cars.
