With the emerging and development of “Internet Plus”,Internet economy has infiltrated into masses of conventional industries and almost every industry is faced with the issue of Internet.The vigorous development of the Internet economy and entity economic shrinking bring tremendous impact and pressure to the traditional business.As the main form of the traditional business model at present,the shopping mall encounters unprecedented development predicament.What are the problems of the shopping mall in China? What kind of external pressure faced by them? Why do these problems exist and how to innovate in the future? These are the problems urgently to be solved in shopping mall.In the second chapter,with the development of shopping mall at home and abroad combed first and then the necessary elements of their emergence and development explained in depth,the differences between shopping mall at home and abroad in terms of formation mode and development mode are contrasted and analyzed,and can be used for reference in the development of shopping mall around China.On this basis,the author does a comprehensive investigation of the shopping mall buildings of this decade in China and has made certain achievements.To begin with the impact of the macro background including economic conditions,urban development and consumption culture on the shopping mall development analyzed in the third chapter,the basic status of shopping mall in ten years are researched,such as the distribution condition on the whole,characteristics and the composition of its formats.The six main problems of contemporary shopping mall including blindly expand,simple supporting facilities,short construction period,lack of regional characters,obvious homogenization,disconnection in the architecture design,interior design and commercial management,simplex spaces indoor and outdoor are pointed out,and why the problems exist has been analyzed afterwards from three aspects of the developers,government and designers.The external and challenges the present shopping mall faces are dissected at last.Aimed at the problems existing in the shopping mall,the author analyzes the development direction by drawing lessons from cases of foreign cities.Four development trends consisting of composite,topicalization and urbanization are introduced in the fourth chapter,and the corresponding strategy of architecture design are proposed to offer a new principle and a new direction for the innovation of shopping mall in China.
