| In the past 40 years,China’s economic construction has been fruitful,the level of urbanization has been gradually improved,the infrastructure has been increasingly improved,and the real estate industry and architectural decoration industry have developed rapidly.A cultural architectural decoration company(hereinafter referred to as enterprise A)was born in Shenzhen.With the construction wave of urban cultural architectural facilities,company A seizes the opportunity,focuses on the acoustic decoration business of cultural buildings,and has become an enterprise with comparative advantages in the subdivision field.It has made contributions to the first and second tier urban cultural facilities construction,and has accumulated its own strength and brand.However,with the gradual improvement of the supporting construction of the Grand Theater and Concert Hall in these cities,the target market demand of company A is gradually shrinking.At the same time,the implementation of EPC mode by the government is a test for private enterprises,and the business of company A is facing difficulties.At the same time,the construction of cultural buildings is surging to the third and fourth tier cities,the market demand for noncultural building decoration is growing,the cultural industry is developing rapidly,and the mass consumption of cultural building venues is gradually hot,which provides new opportunities for A company’s business transformation.Based on the investigation of company A,this paper finds that the business of the company is facing the problems of weak growth,single structure,long payback period and high capital pressure,and analyzes the causes of the problems.On this basis,combined with the industry brands,successful cases,technical advantages and industrial resources accumulated by the enterprises over the years,the paper analyzes the national policies,economic environment,cultural market consumption,the industry situation and competitive enterprises,so as to clarify the objectives of business transformation,provide ideas,and determine the implementation plan of business transformation,including extending the industry around mass consumption We need to develop the downstream theater operation business,explore the real estate business of cultural industry,expand the business of the third and fourth tier cities with the new mode of theater decoration and operation,and expand the new business of non-cultural building decoration relying on the technical advantages of the Grand Theater.Finally,it focuses on the measures of ideology guarantee,enterprise capital guarantee,project qualification guarantee,talent and management guarantee needed by enterprise business transformation.The research of A company’s business transformation strategy provides direction and targeted suggestions for A company in urgent need of business transformation,and also provides reference for the business transformation of domestic private architectural decoration enterprises. |
