With the rapid development of electric power construction in our country,analysis of relay protection operation accidents and power grid operation level of information management and decision making ability is higher and higher demands are proposed,especially in the case of a serious failure or complex failure,how can you make the scheduling and relay protection operation management personnel on duty timely and correctly understand the failure condition,to quickly determine the location of the failure,the nature of the fault severity,scientifically analyze the cause of the problem,and take proper measures to reduce the fault in time,prevent accident from expanding and reducing the loss of fault,is an important subject in front of the dispatching departments at all levels.Power system or switch,protection is more complex fault occurring misoperation,refusing action and information loss arising from communication interruption phenomenon such as affected by many uncertain factors.This paper MengDong grid the practical operation of power system at present and the future development,the MengDong grid relay protection fault information acquisition and processing system research.Communication in the paper first introduces the system design,technical issues,had major system communication protocol IEC 61850,and the substation automation interface model is given.Then analysis of relay protection fault information processing system design,the main content of the content need to pay attention to some basic issues involved in system design,the design of the fault information processing system,the function of relay protection fault information system architecture and information flow and communication machine design and the realization of the system basic function method,the system the main and sub station database design and system modeling based on IEC61850.Secondly,combining the system data processing,classification,compression and extraction problem when the application of rough set theory are introduced,simply introduces the theory,the basic principle of rough set theory and knowledge information and decision table,at the same time of the fault information analysis and processing of information network.Finally,combining with CSGC-3000 / SA integrated monitoring and control system,from the system configuration requirements,system configuration tool,system configuration process,system operation and debugging,general function and device interface,etc,related actions of relay protection intelligent monitoring systemanalysis and safety operation and management.In this paper,the design is based on the latest IEC standards,software design,the idea of platform,fully embodies openness,for building to adapt to the different parts of the electric power user requirements for protection and fault information system has strong flexibility.
