A method of virtual protection is put forward, this method effectively makes up the limitation of diagnosis with only switch and protection Information.At the same time, utilized the method of the expert system formed the trouble information process system of relay protection of the transformer substation. Utilize VB and SQL Sever structure preliminary trouble information process system. At last, proposed looking into the distance to the application prospect of the trouble information process system.
