Research And Application Of Urban Rail Transit Automated Warehouse System(AS/RS)

In today’s more mature automation technology,how to control the flow of materials effectively has become more and more important to most enterprises.As one of many solutions,the automated warehouse system not only improves production efficiency directly,but also realizes many indirect benefits.Its main advantages include improving operation accuracy,improving operation efficiency and safety(service level Angle);Improve asset utilization,reduce warehouse space,save manpower and material resources(operating cost Angle),etc.In this paper,the design principle of the automatic 3d warehouse(AS/RS)is analyzed in detail,and the working interface of the relevant operation process is simulated and applied on this basis.The main research contents and related chapters are as follows:First of all,this paper describes the various equipment types of the automatic three-dimensional warehouse system,including the type of equipment,the scope of application,and the development history,advantages and disadvantages in recent years.Secondly,analyzed the automated multi-layered storehouse is an important structure,such as stacking machine,three-dimensional shelf,metal structure,etc.)of several types,at the same time,combining the reality of nanchang subway,select the type of equipment in accordance with the business characteristics.Finally,in the row,column,layer,warehouse,across the train of thought for automated stereoscopic warehouse made the overall design,at the same time use computer management information system and equipment monitoring and control system for simulation using the relevant interface.
