RFID technologies as the 1990s developed an automatic identification technology has preponderance as read and write speed, storage capacity, etc. in tobacco medical and other fields widely used.The design can realize the storage process intelligent control management to effectively finish goods from storage, stacking, inventory management to the library of the process by RFID technology applied on the third party’s small storage system.Firstly according to the role of RFID technology in the domestic and foreign research status and storage system in the modern logistics, aiming at the problems existing in the warehouse management, analyzes the RFID technology is used to storage the significance, then has conducted the research to the storage of the various processes, and the process was optimized. Then constructs the framework based on RFID intelligent storage system.storage system is divided into the RFID system and automated warehouse system,focusing on analysis of the action process of stacking crane in automated warehouse system, and with automatic storage as an example, the action process of the analysis, a detailed study of the stacker speed, position detection and control system design finally realizes the function of the system.
