Human resources are the most critical strategic resources for the survival and development of enterprises,and the extreme importance of training to the development of human resources in enterprises has been generally recognized.As a large state-owned enterprise,the railway enterprise has always attached great importance to the training work,and the workload of training for management personnel with Party members and cadres as the main target is increasing day by day,the scope and depth of the training are becoming more and more extensive.So how to further evaluate the effect of training through scientific and effective satisfaction survey,make it more scientific,accurate and comprehensive,and improving the direction of improving the training of managers.Improving the efficiency and return rate of the training work has become an urgent issue to be solved.On this issue,the author taking the training work of his own Work Department as a sample,makes a thorough investigation and consults a large amount of literature and materials,and makes a detailed study and discussion of the above problems.Firstly,the thesis introduces the background,purpose,content,method and framework of the research.From the theoretical and practical point of view,a questionnaire survey was designed to evaluate the form and content of training effectiveness,consulting the training units,training organizers,training objects and other opinions and suggestions.On this basis,the factors that affect the accuracy and scientificity of training effect and satisfaction evaluation are obtained,and the countermeasures to improving the effect of training are proposed.The results of the study will better conform to the actual situation of enterprises and the quality of Party members and cadres in the practice of railway enterprise training in the future,and it is of great significance to design training programs and arrange training contents more scientifically.
